Hey I'm super excited to play this game. Only problem is that I've been charged more than what the price is said to be. The price listed is $24.99 but I've been charged $35.22

is this an transferal from US dollars to other countries issue or has something strange happened? Again very excited to play but figured it would probably be wise to sort this out first before playing.

Hi, sorry about that, have you tried asking itchio guys? From my control panel I see a recent purchase and it shows $24.99 to me. So not sure what happened?

Thanks for replying so quickly! I've emailed itchio support and now I'm waiting on their reply. I'll get back to you if I hear anything from them.

Support is taking a while to get back to me. Do you have any advice on what I should do? I know it's not your fault. Don't think that I'm blaming you or anything

Hmm I have no clue honestly! My guess is that could be currency conversion or something? Maybe due to the payment method? I think maybe using Paypal doesn't have extra charges, while other payments could have them? It's the first time I heard of such an issue since I'm selling games on itchio :O

Currency conversion is my best guess too but most sites tell me the correct price. It's annoying but it is what it is.
