So I am doing a charisma build and I cant fight like at so my strategy for enemies was seduce or surrender but with a naga this is impossible or game over but this wasn't a big deal at first because I could just avoid the lairs and not worry about it but I was leaving from the mossy expanse back to Irona and a naga spawned on a normal tile so I cant go anywhere but the mossy expanse

You can satisfy her if you're failing a scouting check in the beginning. She then will just be okay with fellatio (if nothing changed on this part from the last time I checked). You won't even get this check if your scouting level isn't 3+.

By the way, Charisma build doesn't mean you should suck at battles. If you farm Beginning Bonuses, you can make a relatively strong Enchantress. Or you can make a good Thief even without bonuses whatsoever and then get things that raise Charisma (Lacy Panties, Charisma Charm, spend 6 perk points on Hotter). 

Yeah, you can take a carriage back to Silajam later on, so you're not stuck. If you can survive.
