Also, in iron man mode do you get the bonus points from events from normal mode or iron man or both?
Achievements made in Ironman mode will be added to achievements made in Normal mode.
Little Spidoo doesn't really seem to do anything. You can skip him easy.
You will get only the Ironman mode achievement. If you've completed an achievement in Normal, you can then redo it to be Ironman. But better do them in Ironman from the start.
