I play to what i believe to be the current end, but i want to make sure i didn't miss anything

The update should end with finding the Outlaw Stronghold (though it's not accessible yet, it will be in the next update).

Based on a recent survey, most people said it took around 1.5 - 2 hours to complete everything.
