I opened up went to the setting and clicked the highest resolution to see what would happen and now the menus don't work and can't be clicked. when I click out of the window the game display grows to large for the screen (probably adjusting to the resolution). I can click now, but the game is now stretch upon the screen. I can't adjust my settings back essentially. I tried deleting and redownloading, but it remembers my settings. Along with this bug does anybody know how to prevent my PC from remembering files even after deletion? If I could reset it than I could play the game I would assume. Until then this is a completely game breaking glitch.

Please try to delete the folder: "%AppData%\Local\SCP_087_B\Saved" this might solve your Problem. It's the directory containing the option save files which are loaded on startup. I will look into the issue, but i think this error is caused by the Engine or Windows. To prevent this in the future i will add a dialog which will reset the resolution if the user doesnt apply the settings
