All players with the problem of x10 opening event chests will be compensated when entering the game:
1. for event chests - boxes with 350 random mythics
2. for 150 crystal chests - boxes with 10 legendaries
3. for the chests of 500 crystals - boxes with 5 mythics

We checked your game logs. You had one girl fall 3 times and these cards added up in the rewards window. There were 1,950 of them.

+1 additional card for opening 10 chests

Therefore, the rewards screen showed 9 cards.

It has been reported on the discord.

The new event chest is skipping the room check, so you might not get the amount of cards you're due.
