What is the difference in quality between parts?

so in the past the quality system was somewhat simple having exquisite as the best and trash as the worst.

In the new version however the quality is a bit more ambiguous on what is the best option.

For example is "near mint" better than "new" or are they the same in terms of quality?

Near mint = almost new

New = New

If you look closer you will clearly notice a difference. In the new update parts with lower quality have scratches!
