Some issues might be fixable with a few tweaks, so here is some guidance if you are having issues with running the game.  If you can't find a fix here, none of them work or the issue is not listed here or on the bugs post, leave post here.

  • Game doesn't start in browser - Most likely the browser is not supported.  The game has been tested in Chrome and Firefox.  The game may work in mobile browsers, but is not supported.
  • I have {insert name} light gun and having issues - I'm afraid I can't offer support here. Please refer to your lightgun's community/website for help.  The game is currently only tested with the Sinden Lightgun.
  • I'm having performance issues - This relates to the HTML/web version and will be fixed in the future.
    
    •  To mitigate performance issues, close all other tabs in your browser and make sure it is the only window running.
      If you have a device that has power modes, make sure it is in some kind of "performance" mode.
