Additional combat modifiers would be nice. A +1 through +10 for combat skill for example, both in general and against specific monsters. An increased modifier for multiple monsters, say +2 per additional monster, which would go down with every monster you defeat. With that in mind the charms shouldn't be an instant loss, just a very difficult encounter. Next, penalties for being heavily pregnant and being naked, and in regards to the latter some sort of equipment destruction... perhaps a break chance when you manage to win only through the equipment bonus, and by being defeated.
Encounter-wise it might not be a bad idea to diversify the encounters. For example the Jackbunny Plains do have jackbunnies, but there is also a chance for goblins which hunt the jackbunnies. Just something to spice up the encounter-pool.
Daily expenses such as food would be nice, just something to provide a steady money drain. Two other possibilities would be needing to purchase the dog food each time you want to use it, and if there's ever a practical reason to keep your door locked having to replace the lock when someone or something breaks it. When debt collection came around it was impossible for me to not be able to afford it. With that in mind increasing the interest rate from 2.5% might be good, perhaps somewhere around 10-30% (100-300 gold). The starting money is also a bit high considering you can use it to immediately buy the sword and armor with 350 to spare.
