Going by the "NO SOUND!?" chat message, and the protagonist in certain scenes confirming that he mutes his mic on streams for security reasons, this chat message seems out of place:

Not caring about continuity in a story-driven game?
Perhaps we should write a story about a blind girl, but have her obviously able to see, but still point out that she is blind, despite all the evidence to the contrary.
If you're going to point out the streams have no audio, and point out the reason there's no audio, there shouldn't be any comments that contradict those statement. It's bad story writing.
That said, it's not like many people even pay attention to the chat when playing this game. Still figured we'd point it out in case it was unintentional.
the community is telling you to relax, you're the one screaming your ass off about a piece of text, and people telling you to relax(if you didnt get it,you are the hostile one(even more simplified: you have the mindset of a 5 year old crying screaming and rolling around on the floor when something doesn't go your way))so yeah it was a mistake for you to come here, but for a whole other reason
There are also "trolls" that would inevitably be part of any chat as well as people that will post random shit during streams so, continuity wise you could take it as a troll comment, someone being imaginative, trying to trick the player into unmuting, ect...
Whatever head cannon floats your boat basically.
