Question about finding teams

Hello! I am an experienced media composer looking to meet some cool people in the game industry. I see a metric ton of jams, which look like a lot of fun. But, before I start spamming those message boards with "composer looking to join a team," is there a more community-approved method of finding some talented folks who want to do some collaborating?

Thanks!

Hi Jeremiah, I'm Inez, a professional illustrator by day, as am actually having the same question as you are.
I've joined a couple game jams before, and it was fun, and they were all talented, with no doubt. But I want more. I want people with the same drive and goal to create what they enjoy the most.
So, I think I want to start collecting people that has experience in their fields. Just to see if the drive to create and collaborate will result in a great project or not.
If you share the sentiment, please add me on my Discord: Nez#4553 and we'll see from there. Thank you~! ^^

Thank you! I accepted the request but can't seem to DM you, maybe due to not sharing any server in common?
Can you uplift it in the settings?
