Whenever the shark attacks your raft it takes health of the foundation it attacked if you manage to stab it enough times with your spearfor it to go away. But I do not know how to repair it afterwards. Does anyone know?

You get the building hammer and right click. in Version 1.05, you'll see the option at the bottom of the menu when you right click.
