To get maximum score, you will need to create as many CPUs as possible, which mean you will be constantly creating and releasing new stuff. But then if the CPUs are created constantly then the stats of each wont change much. Plus, keep changing to the "best" (the one with the most pins) socket, it will also increase your CPU's rating. This would create an issues where CPUs from generation to generation won't compatible with each other. Intel's strategy the last few years is just: create a cpu with a tiny bit of improvement from the last one, put a different price tag, if the generation is different, use different socket, profit. I don't know about you but the game seems a bit reversed to reality.
