It possible create custom level (level map and add new lands on global map) ? If it possible, how? 

yes.  but i didnt make any mapinfo mod example yet.  more like never got time to make it.   

load_data from "500_DEMO_ExtraEventLib.rvdata2" is same as loading a map.  but this function only withdraw events in map.
