I apologise for the extreme delay. I have been doing a very poor job watching here lately.

There is no manual, although the basic controls are fairly simple. Just drag your character (the yellow V looking piece) into valid tiles (or tap/click on them) to move. The goal is to reach the exit (tiles with the yellow checks). Ideally keeping the Politeness value as close to 0, and minimising your steps. There are few fail conditions; essentially just if you are seen shoving another character you could get chased and need to restart.
