okay, I have a question about the walkthrough for the Pure Route. Why did you suggest to teach John to learn Offensive Stance? Even John took the words out of my mind: Combining Offense and Defense with John seems like it would clash. Is there any particular reason you choose to teach Offensive Stance or is it because you have yet to think of another thing to teach him?
Personally, I feel like it might have been better to teach him Light I over Offensive Stance. It could have been done by purchasing a mana stone for John and teach him Mana Capacity 1. After that, took the time to learn Light II and finally taught him Pierce I.
That is my only confusion about the guide, everything else has helped me through the game immensely.
