The virus warning is a false positive, due to a DLL file that is in the directory.
However, I don’t know what you mean by Download suspended, could you clarify?
You’ll have to identify the specific program that is being detected, is it app.exe, install-eas.exe, or start.exe? Once you find the file that is being quarantined, you will be able to add an exception.
