inside the game folder, check the www/save folder if the save files are there.
if they are there, make a copy of all the files to another folder elsewhere.
after that, delete all the files that are in the www/save folder, and then, take the files that were copied and copy the saves back to www/save again.
and finally, open the game again and see if the saves appear.
if it doesn't solve the problem, try to start over, and after the first play or action, save the game, exit and then open it again and see if the save stayed there or disappeared.
