most of the moves are self explain but there are some thats not, like what does confusing touch does is it a form of parry? would really like an in game explaination of what each move does

Confusing touch is just a forced flip of direction to your opponent. Think of it like Mario's cape in Smash 

This is what experimentation and the Prediction are for, you can see how a move works in solo play, and observe predictions to see what it could do to other actions
