You should choose "Don't throw it out" when trying to get rid of them. Then the game asks you the name of a person who can help you with android body parts (BigDaddyHurt). After that you have to stream and go for a walk at 2 am. Its complicated, wish we had more hints or some kind of journal to find out more stuff yourself rather than google.
