Map being spammed with sounds

I've been wondering why my maps get a sudden increase of data (100 kb for example to 90 MB)

When I open it with Notepad++, I see thousands of sounds just being there? Can someone explain this?

What do you mean by sounds? It be easier to help if I knew.

Sound instances, once a sound is in Soundscape or whatever it's called, it begins multiplying
