Im confused, as this is the first game I've ever download from itch. How do I open the application? What do i do with the files i have downloaded? Do i have to extract them?
To Instal the game you will have to have a .zip downloaded from itch. Then u have to extract it into any folder you would like for the game to be in. Then u run the DLS.exe and there u go that should work
for the github version you will need a unity editor in which you open the files after extracting them and then when you have that project open in unity you can build the project which unity will pack it into a .exe file which u can run normally by double clicking on that file
