Can the effects available be used for commercial use?
E.g. being used for a third party product (such as a game).
Yes, anything created with SpriteMancer is considered yours and you are free to use it wherever and however you want.
OC (own creations) I understand, yes. But what about the templates that are available which are left personally untouched and therefore not an OC? Would they be okay to use commercially? Hope that makes sense.
