In CG Shoichi has one outfit, while outside of it he has another. I think on a lot of days, where characters are supposed to be in their casual clothing, game picks one of them randomly (i noticed it while replaying after builds, that made saves unplayable)? But there are exceptions for the days, where character has a fixed casual outfit when they supposed to have a CG wearing it. I think this day supposed to be this exception, but it isn't?
