so like I keep getting stuck at week 2 or 3 because my severity keeps going up, any tips on how I can get my severity down?
The easiest way is to consume one of the noon takeaways every day, Caesar Bread, which has an icon of a bread. Other than that you can go to the Shop Street and buy some items that reduce the severity. When your Physical Fitness enough, you can unlock Jogging to reduce severity, or unlock Go Gym, which has a huge schedule of severity-reducing gym tasks.
