The game won't run on my computer for some reason I've tried re-installing the game twice but it keeps saying the same thing The program can't start because api-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem.

It looks like the .dll you're missing is a part of the Visual C++ package.
