i want to be the first to say it, it does not load up

Have you opened the file correctly? The instructions can be found at the same place where you have downloaded the ZIP.
 If you have opened it correctly, do you get a message with more information on why it does not work?

yes I do it says, MSVCP140D was not found, whatever that means

The error you provided is linked to the 'Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable' libraries. It can be that the wrong version is installed or that it is not installed at all. A possible solution could be the following:

- Visit the https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-d... 
 - Download the latest package for Visual Studio 2019
- Once installed, restart your PC/laptop and try to open the .exe file again
