like the title says, I haven't found a use for the pacifier and I'm not sure there is one but I'd like to know if there is or if I shouldn't sink anymore time into it. And if there's any others it'd be nice to know too so I don't waste any gold
Pacifier is just a variation of gag. Gags in gameplay are required for two types of brothel jobs. Otherwise they're just worn for fun.
Chastity belt is not only useless, it's harmful, as it's a cursed artifact you were tricked into buying. Nobody told you you can't remove it (without the anticurse scroll), and while you have it on you, it doesn't let you top anyone.
