I've bought a few games through Patreon, which then gives a nonpublic url on itch.io to play the game. I haven't found a way to access these through Mitch so that I can install web games. Any way to do this?
Are you logged in to your itch.io account within Mitch? Does the error occur when you look at the game’s page or only when playing it? I have received a crash report yesterday related to this but did not look into it much yet
