Took me three tries to get it. There are some cards that I don't really understand their good part, seems like they are just bad, so I used them for money :)
Somebody is reporting a bug in the electrification program card. I should reduce fuels by 50% but a person says it zeroes the green. If that's happening to you, what operating system are you using?
Actually yes, that's one thing I saw, I thought I was not understanding the card correctly. But what it does for me is that it removes the green AND the electricity, it leaves a full circle of Gasoline + Natural Gas.
