I just downloaded the game and i dont know if i should open it anyway because when i tried to open the game it said windows defended the computer and it have been detected a malicious program. I putted it into quarantine mode. I dont know if i should delete it or try to open it.

It's safe don't worry, Windows can be a tad bit stupid sometimes.
