Assassin Bug (+ bonus suggestions)

Been playing through this game a bit and mostly enjoy it. Some placeholder text here and there (Ifrits hit me with something like SPELLPAS_FSHIELD and I managed to find an ITEMOFFHAND_BOOK in a chest), but it's still incomplete so that's to be expected.

The main reason I made this post was (as the title suggests) a bug with the Assassin combat skill Assassinate. The skill states that it can only be used while Hiding, which is only half true. It does appear to lock when not hiding, but if you used it last turn you can continue to use it until all 3 charges are gone at which point your action will correctly reset back to Attack.

The other thing I'm having some annoyance with is just the time it takes to recruit, enslave, or sell new followers. The quicksell button is a great addition for the units you find in dungeons, but it simply dismisses followers which have been recruited from towns (meaning you get no money) and I'm at a point where it's more valuable to use new units to upgrade my current units rather than just selling them (meaning I want to recruit them all). Would it be possible to add a "quick negotiate" button so that you don't have to negotiate with each unit individually? I imagine most players are just using a single negotiator for all the units they want to recruit, so having to select a negotiator every single time is just adding additional keypresses. Also, on the topic of upgrading units, is there any chance you can make the animations able to be clicked through? It's horrendously annoying to have to wait 5 seconds every time I upgrade a single stat before I can either do it again or leave.
