For the "last" ending, you need to skip the garden statues and head straight to the mansion. Interact with at least one statue which will let you get to the statue stuck on the floor. After that, the game will guide you to collect the key, paper, etc. Once you interact with the statue with lips, proceed to the story up until you get the option to retire for the night or keep having fun. Choose to retire and do not interact with any more statues except for the weeping one. That should get you the mansion ending.
