Will we be able to purchase it early and play some early builds of the game before it hits Steam and other platforms? Loved the first game. Want to jump into this as soon as I possibly can.

I found out it's against Steam's rules to do Early Access if the game was released earlier on another platform, so I will be doing early builds on both Steam and Itch.io at the same time.
