Right click the application and select Properties. Go to Compatibility tab. Select Change high DPI settings. Select checkbox for Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by : Application.

I originally had the Super Lag. This made the game run smooth. May have introduced other issues, but at least it's playable.

I also would like to know what iam doing wrong tried downloading it aswell for a split second before it launches the main menu the bbs arrow is not laggy… gave me hope …. If anyone has messaged the creator or anything can they let us kno plzz
