Hello, so sorry to be inactive for so long! It may seem like I’ve given up on “My Confession”, but I promise that I am working on it, if not slowly.

These past months I’ve been dealing with a lot of personal/mental health things, plus work and college. I’ve made progress on the game whenever I can, and wanted to post a new update, but I didn’t want to just throw an unfinished piece out there.

Besides personal things, what’s also taken me so long to get to updated was I put a lot of focus into implementing SFX and BGM to the game before I got too far into development, which would make doing that after take much longer. Not to mention I’ve been learning more about RPG Maker, so I needed to go back and fix some things and just, overall, make them easier for me to manage if I ever needed to change anything. On top of that, I’ve tried to make some of the maps less empty feeling, which is hard to do since I still need to find more tile sets for that.

All of this to say that I am absolutely working on the game and have not abandoned it, just been dealing with a lot + getting some of the minor changes out of the way. The new update will come! And it’ll include more for the Truth path and the beginning to the Love path! My hope is to get it done either before the end of this week, or sometime next week.
