Yea, this was the latest version. I think it was with Idas suit, I will look again one of these days.
I think I haven't been to the fabricator yet, this was on a new save. I was just clicking around, I don't think it's possible to get to the fabricator on the first day before the party? So if you go to the showers, you get those exceptions, but if you ignore them all, you can play further. 

Saves aren't supposed to be compatible between games? I also got some weird messages on the old save.
