As promised the game does indeed run on MS-DOS native!

I have an older 486 but it's having troubles booting right now, so testing the floppy image on a P133 and it runs beautifully. 

There is no sound unfortunately, but it's smooth and great to play on!

It never ceases to be amazing to see our software out in the wild on vintage machines. Makes the work seem worth the effort!
