I'm stuck in the snow village. I haven't played in a while, but i know im really early in. Rasmus still doesn't like me, and is now just constantly writing something down. How do i progress?

Currently, you can refer to Redyoshi's guide on the game, with a few additions:

-Update 0.24a has added the Frode character, who can show you how to pray in the bar after meeting him, unlocking the Star Shards (consumable, -5 COR).

-Update 0.25e has added a new event triggered by entering Einar's room after helping Frode with collecting some ingredients.

-Update 0.28a has added the election event, which unfortunately only softlocks the player for now, and is triggered 3 days after asking Jorgen about the horse.
