running Novetus on Proton or Wine allows it administrator privileges by default.. though when trying to install the URI, it keeps saying the program needs to be launched as administrator.

Is there any known way to fix this issue?

Sorry for the late reply, but you might need to reinstall Novetus or try out Austiblox which doesn't need admin privileges to install the URL. Link is rewinder.fun for Austi
