So I want to be a game dev but my coding skills are very limited, I may be good at art and design but I can't do coding alone. So long story short I need a programmer and maybe some music artists and pixel artists to help me out. I also don't have the clearest idea of what I wanna achieve with this game but I do have an outline of what I'm trying to do in mind either way any ideas and suggestions are more than welcome!

There are game development engines that don't require coding knowledge - like Clickteam Fusion. They have a limited free version you can try before you buy. The assets and music you can get from itch.io - there's plenty for free.
