My Life in a Monster Girl Paradise is a 2D Erotic Monster Girl Game. The game focuses mainly on Monster Girl Collecting and Dating, combined with a simple Battle-fuck system and Temptation Scenes. This is where your adventure begins! Immerse yourself in a Paradise full of Monster Girls! This game is still in the early stages of development. This is my second game.

First progress report of the second game.

Now let's get started. First, I'm writing details about the system, and then the first two characters reveal: Work first, fun last, alright?

So this week I'm going to talk about the new "Time system." My first project system had many flaws, so I completely remade it in a different way or expanded it.

First of all, there will be 5 phases: morning, midday, sunset, and evening midnight.

Now there will be two ways for the time to progress: first, you are all already familiar with spending your interaction points on some event, like eating together with your family. Second, since you guys need to go on an adventure, gathering resources and fighting monster girls, the day phase will progress every 3 minutes until Midnight. After the day reaches Midnight, the time progress will stop, so you guys need to go home and rest. This is all about the time system, oh, and it has a tint system as well.

Now, as you guys can see in the image, there is no "Days" system. The reason for it is that I'm trying to take a different approach. The idea is that characters are going to have different routines.

You guys sleep/dayphase progress: during sleep, a random variable goes between 1-3, and the variable will be the npc routine.

This is just an example, as I said, but it should give a "living" world feeling around you, and this is only for NPCs living inside your village; wild monster girls are not affected by it.

Here we are at the character reveal part.

Say hi to your nanny, a middle-aged Minotaur woman who took you in.

(They are transparent in the game; just the gif converter likes to mess up with the background.)

Her name is (you name it): a 47-year-old minotaur with a kind and motherly personality.

Now it's the turn of your Lamia childhood companion.

Sneaky time, UwU.

Her name is (you name it), a 20-year-old Lamia girl with a sisterly or yandere personality.

(You never guess who she is after, lol.)

And last of all, there are their chibi versions, which will serve as new tier pictures (with a little adjustment) and some decorations.

I m not an expert chibi artist, so they are simple.

Time for the second report.

I start with the two character designs and then the details about the Battle-Fuck System.

Say hi to your first and only wild monster girl in the demo version.

Alraune, Twisted: She will be in charge of the farm once you invite her to your village.

Kitsune and Tsundere will be in charge of the tavern, where you can take the girls out on a date.

Now let's talk about the Battle Fuck system while sharing some pictures.

This is how the basic battle UI looks (I forgot to add a battle background, nevermind).

First of all, the battles "should" be well balanced, or at least I'm trying to do that, so with a simple attack spam, you are not going to win the battle unless you outlevel the target.

Monster girls have a health bar only, while the players have health and energy skills that cost energy.

As you can see, there are multiple skills and attacks. Some monster girls have certain weaknesses and defenses; for example, if she is weak against kissing but her breast attack only deals a small amount of damage, this applies to the first four skills.

Surrender... well, you can just surrender yourself and be drained.

Undress and undress the monster girl; she will get naked.

Heal, you heal some HP back, but it costs you a lot of energy.

Meditate gives you back energy, but it's not always effective (this is the only option to get your energy back in battle in order to not make the player too strong).

There are also talk-and-invite skills.

Talk is used to earn friendship points, and once you gain enough, it's time to use the invite skill; otherwise, the invite will probably fail.

Attack skills look like this.

All attacks have three random dialogues and a naked version if you use the Undress skill.

Monster Girl's skills are similar to those of the player; they have 4 attacks and 1 stun move for 1-2 rounds.

Monster girls are stronger than the player, but in exchange, they cannot heal their HP and have certain weaknesses.

If the enemy monster girl hp goes below 20%, they will attempt to seduce or attempt to attempt to seduce you with their h move, where you can let her continue or resist for the first time. If you escape, you will receive one hit, but if you let her continue and you want to escape later, well, it's going to be harder with a generated variable check.

Both the temptation and surrender scenes are basically the same with nine random dialogues, and once your HP goes below 10%, you cum or lose.

After you lose, you can decide to watch or skip the proper defeat scene, which is different than the tempation/surrender dialogues (not random) (no spoiler:P).

One more detail

The map exploration is balanced as well; unless you step into the monster girl zone," she is not going to run at you, and even if you do, you can still run away if you are fast enough.

It's time for another report.

I will introduce the last two girls for the start.

Mershark girl, boyish personality; she will run a small shop where you can buy or sell stuff.

Chibi UwU

Centaur/Energic personality: you can use her Fast Travek services once you go far away in the map exploration. (Just a reminder that I'm not going to do anything close to bestiality with this character since I don't wish to be banned from Patreon, so it's a human pussy.)

Now I will introduce the dating system.

Basically, the whole dating event is built up with random dialogs and interactions, so it can feel a little fast for a dating screen, but it's balanced out.

All interactions have three random dialogues.

The dating score is being calculated during the date, and the result will determine how many relationship points you get (details later).

First, during the day, you can invite the desired girl for a date. She has 3 random reactions: 2 accept, 1 refuse, and + 1 if you don't have enough coin for the food.

If she refuses, then you can't try to invite her to a date until the next day. If she accepts, then you can discuss with her where you are taking her out for the date (tavern only for now), and then you need to meet with her in the afternoon/sunset. You can fail the date if you do not show up for her in the afternoon and arrive only in the evening; in that case, she will go home and won't talk to you until the next morning.

Now once you arrive and go in, the Kitsune girl will take your food order (all girls have their food preferences, and there are plenty of hints about it).

After you order the food, you will get three topics to talk about out of the nine in total.

Some topics have two bad choices, one good choice, all three good choices, or two good and one bad with varying scores.

Once you finish the talk, your food order will arrive, and our girl will react to the food, whether it's good, fine, or bad.

After the eating is over, you can have some adorable dating action for the remaining time.

only 3 for now, but I will add more interaction in the future with new dating locations, so basically all location/3 interaction

I know very well what you guys want to pick. Of course, it's the headpat.

After the interaction, your total dating score will be displayed.

She will also tell you how well you performed on the date, and then you get some relationship points, which go between 15 and 35 (this is not going to be grindy; you don't need more than 100 if the girl is fully finished).

Now I will tell you guys what the role of the relationship point in this game is. (This is not done yet.)

Basically, you can give a night visit to the desired girl and interact with her, and it would depend on your points, like in this example.

You have, let's say, 30 relationship points.

The first scene requires you to have 20 to view, and this number would go up with the scenes, so 20-40-60-80-100. something like this, but I'm sure everyone gets the idea.

Now I want to tell you something important, guys. I still have a lot of things to do in order to finish a demo. I still need to write a lot of text, create some basic tasks, do the nighttime scene activity, and then test the project.

I'm not sure if I will be able to finish all of this in the month, but we will see how it goes, and in the worst case, I will delay the demo release by one or two weeks at the most. I would rather release a fully enjoyable demo than a half-baked one. but we will see how it goes. I just wanted to make sure not to be surprised if it possibly can happen.

Progress report.

I managed to finish writing the text files; around 70% of the grammar is fixed, and I'm still working on the rest.

The NPC daily routines are done (after I finished, I realized maybe this was not a good idea and it would be difficult to track when I have more girls join the island in the future, so this probably will be reworked in a more simple way).

I'm doing some extra visual scenes for the demo, like family dinner. Nothing special, but it's nice.

I also added quests or tasks to do, like resource gathering or finding a book in the village; I don't give too much spoiler.

Alraune's defeat scene got a bedroom version as well, so you can visit her during the night if you have enough relationship points and can sleep over. Depending on the NPC route, get alraruined

I begin testing the game tomorrow, working on the grammar and a visual scene.

I also need to create a video trailer for the game and maybe give it a try for Android support (if I'm lucky, it will work; otherwise, I'm staying with the Windows + HTML build).

This is pretty much for the progress report; as for the release date, I don't have an exact number.

Maybe 2023.09.01, but it's also possible it gets a fev-day delay. We will see.

Week 1

Note: There is one character for whom I moved her body part a bit in order to give more hint about her race.

   

Next subject: UI improvements.

UI improvements are kind of hard because there are a lot of limitations to the engine and the web art I'm using for animations.

But I found a way to make it work, so here is a little show-off.

Now you can see the enemy monster girl friendship score—inventory item staying as well for outside of combat.

The harder part were the love points because of the webm arts, so in the end, I couldn't make it work with the same style as the battle hud, but I found a way to show some display, at least, even if I would prefer it to show like in the first image.

You can see the botton part of the choice menu; this is where your love score will be displayed from now on.

I will mainly try to add important places to display the love score because the maximum choice slot is 6.

Week 2

Art progress 1.5/3 scene draw is finished

I also started creating the new map.

First character reveal - Goblin

 

She will get the alternative house bulding feature = pay her to do it in your stead, she is also offer some lusty goblin service for a fev coins.

Week 3

Third HScene is almost done.

Village map done.

Girls house done.

Maze done.

In terms of map building pretty much the house building and the cave/minigame maps left to do.

These dont include events yet since there is no writting yet.

Next girl reveal - Spider Girl or Arachne

She is rather shy; just don't be stuck in her webs. She is minigame-related.

Also, probably she will be the next thumbnail for the game.

Week 4

All art/animation is done.

Cave entrance map done = for the fast travel crystal.

In terms of map building pretty much 6 left to do.

1 for the new girl where they gather and being introduced (cave)

5 cave map (for the minigame)

other than these all left is a lot of writting/coding.

The last girl is a Dullahan she likes making puns about having a lost head.

Goblin

She will do the housebuilding instead of you; if you pay her money, you only need to get the blueprint from the invited girl.

After she finishes, all you need to do is go back to the desired girl, and the naming process will begin.

You can also hire her for some "fun" time to share together if you are full of energy.

Dullahan

She is offering marriage services and separation. which means if you get enough love points for a fee, you can marry the girl.

Once you are married, the girl during the night  will always be near your bed, where you can lewd her, like when you visited her in the bedroom before.

The difference is the home delivery part. If you are bored with the girl, you can use separation; you only need to pay a fee for it, and you can remarry without any issue again with another girl.

same as Goblin, you can pay her for some lewd service as well.

Arachne

She is our minigame-focused girl, while she does not offer lewd services like the others. If you lose the minigame, then you are going to end up being drained.

There are multiple maps for the minigame, but it works this way. On the map, you will find multiple portals. You need to find the correct one among the fake ones.

Now there is the challenge part. When you walk around, there is a chance that you will trigger a spider girl to summon. This is still the easy part.

But when you try to find the correct portal, after every fake portal activation, another spider girl will show up, which means the longer it takes you to find

The way out, the less chance you have because the spider girl will chase after you in order to get you. I would say it's a hard minigame, but if you are

not paying attention to where you are running, then you will most likely end up with a loss.

The new girls got 3 Hscenes with 2 variants, the same as the other girls before.

Major Improvements and Fixes

I tried to improve the battle hud a little further with multiple ideas to make sure it would work with old saves as well, but in the end, I succeeded.

From now on, you can see the girls battle relation score for invitation; the book is staying as well.

I tried the same way with the availability of interactions, but sadly, it did not work because of transparency issues, so I ended up making it a part of the

choices to display your love score.

Map "roads" received a glowing effect to make it easier for some people to find the entry for navigation.

From now on, if you want to date, you need to invite the Kitsune girl to unlock it.
