Assuming you don't have any bonus points from achievements.
Put your 4 points into Agility and Endurance, put your skillpoints into Fade Away, and then put your perk points into Harder and Faster (+1 End, +1 Agi) Fade Away is an astonishingly broken skill, all you will EVER need to do is use Fade Away to start the fight and Reversal Attack to put you back into Balanced Stance to use Fade Away again; use Guard (or Block) to restore your stamina and continue cycling between the two skills.
Also, I didn't know this at all, but you can actually restore your food by sleeping at Inns, essentially having you never need to Forage ever again, so... that's another 5 perk points you can put into stats, or scouting purposes, or the ridiculously overpowered "Combat Finesse" perk.
Congratulations, you beat the game in 10 minutes and now you have to wait for more patches to come out.
As soon as you kill the Goddess, you'll get some dialogue and then it'll make a check for Anal Virgin, if you succeed in it (which you should have), you get the achievement, if you fail, you don't get it. So, if you have a save/quicksave from before you fought her, just do it again; and see what it says.
I mean, even if for some reason you failed, it really is so mind-numbingly easy to get, even on Ironman difficulty, you can actually just make a bee-line for it, get the achievement, and then continue your playthrough normally.
And here I was using Sunderer to add armor break to Assault and going to guard only when opponents are in a nasty offense like Centaurs or the Vamp lady. Usually my armor takes all the damage so I can go all out. Ogres, Dullahan, Vamps, Nagas… Pretty much everything goes down in like five-six hits max. (Except the goddess cause she got big health.
