Nothing in the game code for Sadist, closest is probably Dominant. Unfortunately unless they start with it, i don't see a way to add it. There's some code that's commented out that can make an entranced character gain dominant 85% of the time if their assertion is high and they do a punish action during sex. Honestly seems like something that should be re-enabled or tweaked.
