 If you encounter any bugs or other issues with Version 1.0.3, you can leave a post here about it! Thank you, folks!

Important note in regards to updating: Due to how some things got updated between 1.0.1 and 1.0.2, save files from 1.0.1 (or 1.0.0) might not function properly due to variable tracking and certain events having already been triggered.   If you load a file and see that the issue is not correct, start a new game (or another save before the issue) and check then.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!

Be sure your game version is 1.0.3 as well!  You can see your version number in the HELP menu in game.

Known Issues:

-Controller Support Issues:  Using a PS4 Controller with DS4Windows causes a drastic slowdown.  If this happens, try another controller or use a mouse and keyboard.

- An invisible barrier is preventing Calen from leaving the cave after walking through the poison cloud after returning to the Moorsh Grotto.

Hi there, great work! I really enjoyed the game!

I'm having trouble in the last scene with Warrick for the "Claimed" achievement. It basically freezes at the end and doesn't allow the game to continue and complete the achievement.

Also, I've completed everything with Mandilitrio and his character still doesn't appear in the Cast Bios section in the extras, it still shows as "???"

Can you check what version your game is?  The Help menu should have it listed in the bottom right.  If it's not 1.0.3, download the newest build, and that -should- fix the Warrick issue.  

Mandilitrio...  Still seems to not unlock (cause he didn't for me either!), so we'll take a look at that!  (Or rather, I looked at it before posting it, and know exactly what's wrong , so it'll be corrected with the next update!).

Was the save perhaps from an older version?  If not, it's something else we'll have to do some testing for.  I tried from 1.0.3.1, and it worked, so it might be something specific hiding in there.

Hello, amazing game as always, but i've encountered a quite frustrating bug.

I've completet most quest, met Mandilitrio and just found the huge mushroom, but now there is an invisible wall just in front of the cave entrance, so i can neither access Mandilitrio's part of the cave, nor leave the Grotto...

Can you check what version your game is?  The Help menu should have it listed in the bottom right.  If it's not 1.0.3, download the newest build, and that -should- fix the Warrick issue. 

If this is a save from -before- Version 1.0.3, it was an issue that should have been corrected.

It's version 1.0.3 and not an old save file either. 

But now i get to play part of the game again and i'm definately not mad about that :D

Got the same issue here, went back into the cave to get the big mushroom for Mandilitrio, but now there's an invisible wall block all exit from the grotto. New save file made on 1.0.3.

i cant play the game on my 32bit window  ..

Sorry, it's 64-bit only.

I literally cannot play the game, after it gets to the main town the game just starts loading and playing so slow that it is basically a stop motion animation. I could play the demo just fine on steam, when I downloaded it off ItchIO it seems to just not work for me. Any advice?

Hmm...  Did you start a new game or try to load a game from the demo?  If you tried loading an old save from the demo, it could be causing a lot of issues.

Did you try the Itch demo also?  There were some big updates between the Steam and Itch demos (we haven't updated the Steam demo just yet).

Otherwise, try deleting everything and downloading it again to see if perhaps something went wrong with the download. 

I'm having the same issue, and then some. The extreme slowdown only lasted for about 2 dialogue lines when I got to the town (although those two lines took quite a while). It seemed fine, but returned when I got the mine key from the molezard and exited the mine behind the blacksmith, although not quite as severe, but still unplayable. Going back in the mine, the slowdown isn't there, but returns as soon as I exit again.

Saved, reinstalled, reloaded, issue persists. Never played or installed the demo, so I doubt that's relevant.

I see.  We're wondering if there's some kind of error occurring we're not aware of, and it's flooding the system.

Would it be possible to have the save file emailed to me so we could check that out?  dynewulf@gmail.com if possible!  We could run it in the editor to see if we can figure out what's causing that to happen.

Hello! I picked up your save file and tried running it - I can't seem to reproduce the massive slowdown you have mentioned here. Everything seems to be running fine on my end. Please reach out to me on discord (medwyn_) and we might be able to poke at this a little more to see what's going on there. Meanwhile, would you mind sending me over your PC specs? Curious if you are running something a little under powered and ED might not have the resources it needs.

I'm getting stuck in one of the CG animations with Warrick.




--Spoilers--





After going on top of the mountain to think and coming back to Warrick, I choose the ''Claim me'' option. The CG triggers and proceed as normal, but once the text box of ''...reaching the point of no return.'' is passed, I find myself locked in the animation. No text box, choices or hint to finish (which must feel like torture for them at this point :P).

As hot as the scene is, it doesn't feel like an ending?

I'm on a new game started once the full release was made on Win64. Not sure if I started on 1.02 or 1.03, but once I noticed the bug (if it is one) I redownloaded 1.03 to try my save on a ''new'' .exe and got stuck at the same place. If I go in the ''Help'' menu, I'm in 1.03.1.


Am I missing something or is it a bug?

Hey there!  Sorry about that, but it's an issue we'll be taking care of in an upcoming update~  We have a handful of bug fixes to push along with some other content.  Will hopefully be ready soon!

Hi, game froze (sound and animation was playing but no inputs) after Warrick wakes up and going to Garrett. I did not return the armor from the quest.

So, Warrick wakes up, you get the lockbox, and then go to talk to Garret and things freeze when you talk to him?  Were you presenting him an item?  And you're saying you were holding the repaired armor still?

Had an issue in 1.0.3.1 on windows 11. Game froze (no inputs) when trying to examine an item in the menu. Unfortunately I forget the item I was inspecting, but I was in the forest when it happened.

Game froze a second time when trying to show the lockbox to Mandilitrio in his cave. Tested this one twice and it happened both times.


An autosave functionality would be super to avoid losing place when this happens.
