oil just can't be removed, land can be created by meteoring a mountain close to sea, but sea can't be made.
its because how would you remove oil realisticly when you discover it?
hmm, but still, humans only build one oil rig and those don't remove oil
no. its suppose to collect it. and its a reservoir so it haas like ALOT of oil
I think this is a important request, because i something want to "refill" some of the oil patterns to recreate some space.
i mean, a small one is just as effectiv as a big one and space is important.
