Once you are finished clearing Illfang boss fight after befriending Rags, You must meet with Hana before you can obtain her Wendigo outfit.

(The requirements of recruiting  Hana is quite straightforward you can either skip or ignore the fight if you want to but it is very important you have to fight Illfang anyway and attending the party so you can receive large amounts of col to buy your necessary equipment to fight the Nuala mini boss fight to boost your chances of victory)

 If you however met Rags and defeat him when you decide to attack him while he offers you into forming a familiarity with you (Friendship), You are not able to receive this quest as it will be forever unavailable to you for the whole run.

Anyway Back to the main point: In order to fin Rags again he is located into a new area and permanently acts as a Merchant for purchasing all voodoo related artifacts, amour, recipes and weapons,  Once you speak with Rags in the new area (Abandoned Woodsheaven just before the entrance of blackcry  into the main villag and head East there is a another path that will take you Rags' Area) He will give you a mission for the first time in defeating the demon bat (Mini Boss) to obtain it's skin  in order to create Hana's wendigo outfit, The Boss fight of the demon Bat is located west of black cry's Shilali forest inside a cave, the cave is mostly filled with spiders and imp bats but you will find it at the east side of the cave and it's a big bat you know it once you see it.

Once you defeat it Go back to rags which he will give you an dialogue scene between rags and Hana as they make her outfit.

You will be Guarantied to obtain 1 wave upon completion plus giving her a new outfit that allows her to use Claw weapons  if you intend play her as a Rogue
