Hi! I'm about to start my first oneshot in this system as a dm and I was wondering how a magical catastrophe can affect the pathing of an intended adventure. It was not clear to me if these events are intended to happen at the moment or if they are things that will happen in a near future.

the intensity and severity are definitely up to you. For a oneshot I may shy away from having it be immediate and instead have it unfold in a different way
