I’ve played this game and it looks amazing, it says it has things like transformation but I’ve only seen like one gender swap which was temporary. Is there like a way to find these or something? I just like to know if there truly is transformations.

During orientation there is only one transformation opportunity, so I guess that's the one you have found. Later on when you have more freedom, you can buy mods from the clinic and there are other events where transformations happen.

At the moment there is no permanent effects aside of the perfection mod you get at the beginning, we want to do them right and it takes a while to implement. We'll get there though!
