Looking for  Unity Programmer with management skills to take over a programmer lead position and manage programming skills.

Minimum Requirements  Experience in managing a large team and programming a large project. Knowledge with GIt, Unity , C# and dynamic programming

Project Xai is a 3D Roguelike Action Tower Defense Game, where the main character, Xailliin, fights against monsters in the arena. She can transform between Energy, Mech, and Organic forms and summon turrets to help her fight. The game features action-packed tower defense gameplay with rogue-like qualities. The player must advance through waves of enemies to prevent them from destroying the arena core. Between rounds, the player can choose advancement options or purchase upgrades and power-ups. Our goal is to complete the game production within 6 months. The Game Design Document (GDD) is already completed and prototype concepts are being finalized.
